It's a 3-minute walk to performances that give Broadway a run for its money at Rubicon Theatre Company, and those who love to fish or just relax by the waves will want to visit the Ventura Pier for beautiful views, fresh air, and maybe even a seal encounter!

Features a mini-fridge and deep sinks with counters, cabinets, and appliances are on one side and an ergonomic fold-out dining table on the other. Intimate dining area.
Bright and serene bedroom has a brand new queen-size Sleep Number Tempur-Pedic bed for restful and customizable slumber! Relax and put a movie on the 40” flatscreen TV, and enjoy the simple white décor with pops of yellow and gray.
Quaint bathroom features pretty white tiling, a shower/tub combo, plenty of light, and lots of closet space. Separate laundry room is located at the back of the house.
Roomy, private back patio is surrounded by handsome wood fencing and lush plants. Relax in colorful chairs below a big umbrella, and fire up your favorites on the big charcoal grill. Cheerful dining table.
Please note, the cottage shares a wall with the homeowner's office.

It's a 12-minute walk to great hikes and breathtaking lookouts at Grant Park,and just over ¼-mile to Spencer Makenzie's Fish Company, where you can refuel from your climb with ahi tuna pockets and fantastic fish tacos. Fantastic Stay
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Wonderful space tucked back away from Main St. Great location with a local coffee shop right around the corner and restaurants and the beach within a 5-10 min walk. Ilse, the owner, was very nice and helpful. I will stay here again.
