Our fun 3BR, 1.5 bath El Segundo house (Sleeps 6) is located in a fantastic location only a block from Main St. and a mile from the beach! Easily commute to downtown Los Angeles or the airport. 

Looking for fun in the sun? Grab your boogie board! Just a 1-mile walk, or a short 5-minute drive, and you?re on the golden shore of the West Coast. Spend the day relaxing by the sparkling ocean. The drive home is make your day at the beach with friends and family long and lazy! 

When you return home, lounge in the shade of palm trees on your front porch with your favorite beverage. For more privacy, enjoy the back patio with outdoor seating for 6 overlooking a lush backyard area.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Our home features hardwood floors throughout, and plenty of room to kick off your flip flops and relax. Feel at home in a master bedroom: it has two large closets for your suitcases and a large flatscreen TV to watch while sprawled out on the king-sized bed. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and one with a kid-ready twin bed and twin trundle (sleeps 2). More people in your party? The living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to sleep 2 more for a total of 6! 

Freshen up after a day at the beach in our full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, or use our convenient powder room. 

There?s double space for entertainment with 2 living room areas! Walk right into the main living area that includes seating for 6. Want to get cozier? The smaller living room features 2 couches (including the sofa bed for extra friends), flat-screen TV, and large windows overlooking the private backyard.

Cook as a team in a bright kitchen. There?s plentiful counter space. Then enjoy your meal in the open dining area with a table for 6!

Perfect home for a traveling family!
Stayed for 6 days in January, 2018  We flew in from Boston, MA with our almost 4 year old, our 7 month old and another couple. This house was awesome! It has games for my 4 year old, and plenty of amenities to cater to my infant. There were multiple pack n plays, children?s dishes, spoons even a high chair! This rental is fantatic if you have small kids. My only suggestion would be to put the combination lock on the back door instead of the front. We used the back parking spot but we had to drop someone off at the front door to let us in.

Convenient Location
Stayed for 4 days in February, 2018  The location of the vacation rental is convenient but beyond the location, the bedroom furnishings and specifically the dread green looks worn and dingy. Besides the den, only the master bedroom has a television and the kitchen lacks ample supply of drinking/wine glassy. But for the location, I doubt that I would reserve again.

El Segundo Stay
Stayed for 7 days in February, 2018  The house is well located in a good neighborhood only a few blocks from the Main Street and is great for a family stay with good space and a good back yard/BBQ area. There is a fantastic neighborhood "min-mart" a few blocks away with a great selection of wine and other beverages. The barking dog next door, while somewhat annoying, fortunately did not bark at night. The beaches are a short drive and plenty of grocery and restaurant options within minutes drive. If you visit in the winter, keep in mind that the heat system is not well balanced and the bedrooms can get incredibly warm if the heat not turned down at night. Overall we had a good week and would stay again if our plans were centered in the El Segundo area.

Perfect spot
Stayed for 3 days in June, 2018  1/2 block to restaurants, bars, and Farmers Market!! Comfy, clean, oozy and suited our family beautifully. Quiet neighborhood with lovely porch and backyard.
