2015 Winter Rental Palm Royale LQ162
Barbara M. from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin recommends this property. Stayed for 61 days in January, 2015 This was my first rental in Palm Royale. The unit was well furnished but it had some issues such as torn or missing screens. The deck was huge, but with full sun all day and a very warm winter, I couldn't use it until evening. Plus it was the subject of a number of golf balls hitting the deck. The views are spectacular as are the breezes! Evenings were wonderful. The pool is right behind the unit and is lovely, clean and heated. The grounds are beautifully maintained with each unit facing the golf course which is extremely well maintained. Dana of the management office was superb. I would work with her any day of the week. Always responsive and extremely polite. Because of the position of the unit with regard to the sun, I used the air conditioner more than other folks whose units did not have the direct sun all day. Because I have dogs, I would prefer a lower unit, but I would rent this unit again as I had a wonderful winter which I won't forget.
