If available, you can combine this house with the Pierce Place Upper unit and double your occupancy to eight.
The Pierce Street house is conveniently located in the Northern end of the historic Fillmore District. Nearby upper Fillmore Street is notable for chic boutiques and trendy restaurants. Travel south along Fillmore and within 10 minutes you will enjoy the remnants of the Jazz era complete with nightclubs, theaters, and restaurants. It’s five easy city blocks to Japantown, with its own small shops, varied restaurants and the excellent Sundance Kabuki movie theater.
Be sure to visit Alta Plaza Park just two blocks to the north. With its sprawling views of the bay and city skyline, as well as a fully equipped playground, it's no wonder this park is a popular hangout for young parents and their children. Equally attractive to pet owners: The first Sunday of every month is informally known as "Pug Day." Weather permitting, up to 50 pooches and their owners congregate at the north end of this off-leash park during the afternoon for a giant play date.
