It is located on five acres, only one mile from the little village of Santa Ynez - a nice walk to the local coffee shops and restaurants. It is totally private with it's own driveway and entrance. A peaceful retreat with beautiful views and a natural seasonal stream at the bottom of the property, with many activities nearby.
Free High speed internet access. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and lounge, DVD players. A separate laundry room and well equipped kitchen.(This is not on a ranch often many miles from Santa Ynez and Solvang stores and amenities, and you will be talking to the owners and not to an agency.
There are wine tasting and winery tours at the over 70 local wineries. These include Firestone, Fess Parker, Gainey, Sunstone etc.
Also found nearby are the Miniature horse ranch, Alpaca and Ostrich Ranches, and the Chumach Casino. There are also the Vintage Motorcycle, the Elverhoy Museum, the Maverick Saloon, and several famous horse ranches with Andalusians, Arabians, Thoroughbreds, Peruvian Pasos and many more. Monty Robert's famous 'join up' program is only 15 minutes away.
Great cycling trails in the area. There is cycling store for rentals and cycling tours, at the beginning of Solvang on Hwy 246.

Terrific time!
