No detail has been overlooked throughout the property to insure complete guest enjoyment. Private yard and patio where you can take in the warm California sunshine in the fenced in grassy yard complete with an outdoor dining table with seating for four, comfortable lounge seating, and a gas grill perfect for afternoon BBQ's.
Inside you will find only the finest in amenities including beautiful furnishings throughout, hardwood floors, and a 32" flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a separate dining area that seats 4 guests to enjoy all of your meals. The master suite offers a queen size bed with high end linens, flat screen TV, hardwood floors and desk. Beautiful full bathroom has tub and shower with designer stone tile accents and basin sink.
A leisurely 5 minute stroll from the front door will take you to the world famous La Jolla Cove, where you can you can take delight in the crisp ocean breezes and breathtaking sunsets overlooking the Pacific Ocean, visit the sea lions and enjoy upscale shopping and dining. Another 5 minute walk will bring you into the heart of the Village where you can enjoy world famous art galleries, shopping, and a variety of the finest restaurants. Best vacation rental experience I have had!
The Village Hideaway was the perfect choice for my vacation in La Jolla, California. The space was just right for us, and the open floor plan really made the home feel so much bigger. It was so nice to have updated and modern amenities, appliances, furniture, and decor. It made the experience enjoyable, feel like home, and something we could never get in a hotel. One of the best features is the private backyard. Having a fenced in grassy yard with a BBQ grill made the experience feel like you were at home. It is awesome that it is pet friendly and its the perfect spot for dogs to run around in a safe protected environment. My favorite thing to do while staying in this rental was walking to the ocean and to the Village. I loved getting coffee at the Living Room and taking it to La Jolla cove to watch the waves and the seals. Being so close, within walking distance, was worth every penny. I was so pleased with the service from the management company and the quality that the home was in upon arrival. The experience was definitely one I will not forget!Robert E

The rental was located within walking distance of the village restaurants. Von's is just 3 blocks down the street & is a very nice grocery store. We really liked having a private garage for our car. Parking in La Jolla is at a premium. The WiFi was good and we brought along our Roku to plug in for most of our entertainment at night. Von's does have a Redbox & the rental does have a DVD player. We did wish that the washer/dryer had access from inside the property and the bed was a little hard for us. We had two Chihuahuas in tow so having a small private yard was really nice. Overall "the hideaway" turned out well. Its central location made it easy to get to all the attractions in the area and the way the property was situated we felt it had more privacy than other rentals we have stayed in.Jen B

The condo was perfect for two people and easy walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time! The garage was VERY small, so I would recommend renting an economy size car. We had a Nissan Maxima and could barely shut the garage door. The bed was a full size. For some reason we thought it was a queen. The property was very clean and had a nice little patio and backyard. The amenities were great. While the property is not on the water, it is walking distance or biking distance to the ocean and La Jolla Village. The management company was very accommodating and responded quickly to our needs. We would stay here again! It's a beautiful place.
