This luxurious 17-acre retreat, nestled among century old oaks in a private equestrian community, is an incredibly designed setting for entertaining and family gatherings. It features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and exquisite appointments both inside and out. Find multiple fireplaces, panoramic vineyard views, and a spectacular infinity pool/spa, all on the grounds of a private estate vineyard. Create fabulous family memories at an estate that will exceed your vacation expectations.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Tuscan architectural details include vaulted wood beam ceilings, multiple fireplaces, formal and informal living rooms, travertine tile floors and Tuscan columns.
The kitchen was designed to be the center of your vacation--an ideal space for entertaining, gathering, cooking and sampling. The kitchen?s open design provides two sink stations with dishwashers, several prep-areas, and top-of-the-line appliances, including DACOR double ovens and a 6 burner cooktop. Notable chefs have catered in/outdoor dinner parties and barbeques here in this gourmet space.
Dining can be formal at the large table with seating for 10, or informal in the eat-in kitchen. Or, dine al fresco in the trellised, spacious outdoor courtyard, which has another dining area for 10 and a gas/wood fireplace. Make use of the outdoor kitchen with a gas rotisserie grill. Expansive in/outdoor design with additional seating.
Most rooms have walls of windows or patio French doors facing the infinity pool and spa area. From here, take in panoramic vistas of the private vineyard, hills and mountains.
The formal living room has inviting conversation areas centered around a gas log fireplace, while the family room has two separate, nap-worthy gathering areas with a fireplace, overstuffed couches and chairs, a large 55? flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD, and Direct TV.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master features a Cal-king size bed, a sitting area, gas log fireplace and built-in wall unit with its own flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom is remarkable, with a gas log fireplace over the Jacuzzi tub, a dry sauna, steam shower, towel warmer, double sink his and hers glass block and tile showers.
The 3 other bedrooms all have queen size beds and beautiful antique accents. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sink vanities, and a walk-in shower with bench. The fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom with pedestal sink and tub/shower combo.

Vina De Blanco Relaxing Getaway
Stayed for 4 days in August, 2017 Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and enjoyable. The place itself was beautiful and the view from the backyard was amazing. The kids loved the infinity pool and jacuzzi. The reason it got a three star is that the VRBO site listed a discount for reserving the site and yet it this per night discount was not honored by the owner or property management. I tried working it out with both VRBO and Turnkey but they kept referring me back to the other person and ultimately neither party honored their published discount. By the time I was given their final decision, I had already missed out on other vacation rental opportunities. It simply was a matter of honoring what was promised.Andrew B.
Outstanding property, but with a major hot water system issue
Stayed for 4 days in August, 2017 Amazing property with a long list of amenities and wonderful mountain views. I would have recommended a 5-star rating if not for one extremely dissatisfying problem with the home. The hot water system needs to be fixed. I had to reset the system over two dozen times throughout my stay and we had hot water for showers approximately 50% of the time. Very frustrating and I did not enjoy having to learn about the system and troubleshooting steps during a vacation. Property management was very attentive, but this problem needs to be fixed. The info provided with the rental stated that local power outages cause the system to trip offline. Based on my experience, this is not the primary problem as I was forced to reset the system numerous times successively, with no other electrical power problems in the home. It was recommended to me by the tech that was consulted that we not attempt to use more than one shower at a time. That may be a useful short-term solution but certainly not a work-around that should be used long-term, especially considering the capacity of the home and the price to rent it. Again, amazing home and property but I cannot give it a positive overall rating or recommend it to a friend due to the intrusiveness of this problem during our stay.Just as planned
Stayed for 3 days in August, 2017 Great property, starting to get a bit dated. Cleanliness was good but not great. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned better, particularly the drawers. Kitchen well equipped EXCEPT for pots; plenty of pans but only 2 pots we could find and none very large. Electronics need instructions as we could not get the master bedroom TV and stereo to work.Pool towels need to be "refreshed" and expanded; only 4 adult beach towels. Having said all of the above, we still had a wonderful time and would return to this property.A lovely Christmas Vacation
Stayed for 5 days in December, 2017 We rented this home for our family Christmas vacation. It is a very warm, spacious and comfortable home. The inside of the home was clean and offers a lot of amenities. The view from the patio is 5 stars. It's beautiful. The only negative for us was the condition of the patio and its furniture. There was a lot of dust and leaf debris covering the floor & it was obvious it had not been cleaned in awhile. The patio furniture needs to be refurbished, replaced or at least cleaned. For the price I paid,I should not have to wash off/dust the furniture before sitting on it. Hopefully, the owners will take heed and clean it before the next guests arrive. It's a lovely area to sit and enjoy the view. The pool was clean and spotless. TurnKey personnel were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this home.
