PROPERTY Description
This room has a cal king bed, can sleep up to 4 people. We also have a queen size air mattress that can be used. The closet is the only part that is being used by us for storage, the dresser and armoire are empty..
This property is a family owned home, located in north Oxnard. We are always available for any questions or concerns you may have. We are a corner house and very animal friendly. There are pets on the property. We offer full house privileges along with the use of the washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have two refrigerators. Our guests have a shared restroom and private room with a door lock. The room has a cal king size bed, armoire, and dresser to use for storing. The closet is not available we have our things stored in there.. We have a 1400 gallon koi pond located inside the home. Also a luxury massage chair for use at anytime. You have the use of your tv in your private room that is equipped with a firebox, or you may use the tv in the living room. All TVs have Netflix, Hulu, Kodi, Terrarium, and Amazon video available to watch. We do not have cable but do have WiFi. There is also a backyard patio with a Bbq grill and 16ft above ground pool available for use.
We are 10 mins from beaches in oxnard and about 15 mins from beaches in Ventura. We have bikes available upon requests.
Our neighborhood is usually pretty quiet. On some rare weekends our neighbors will have bday parties for their children it can be a little loud but calms down around 9pm due to city ordinance.
There is housecleaning every Wednesday that will be done. Which is nice for the long term guests sheets will be changed weekly for them.

VERY comfortable with Wonderful Hosts: Mandy and John
My BF and I were sending the weekend in Ventura on a two day boat trip out of Ventura on the Spectre. Rather than sleeping on the boat, we chose to stay with Mandy and John. Mandy and John are wonderful hosts. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bed is massive. I think a family could have slept in the bed! We shared a bathroom with another guest. Everything was sparkling clean as was their home and common areas. Mandy and John have cats and dogs, but they were very quiet and did not disturb our stay or sleep. The animals are kept out of the guest rooms. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending them to our scuba diving friends and others.
