The private backyard oasis includes a sparkling pool and hot tub with plenty of space for group lounging. Your upscale rental is part of a shared property with an attached, yet completely separate, guest house.
LIVING AREAS
This California haven showcases a grand entrance with dark hardwood floors, a warm color palette, and natural light flooding in through the windows. An immaculate hand carved wood fireplace anchors the sunlit living room that offers a plush sofa and two armchairs.
A bonus living area provides seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining with a sliding glass door that leads to the private backyard oasis. Recline on the comfortable sofa and two armchairs and enjoy a Netflix movie on the flat screen TV with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
Chefs can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring quality appliances and a butcher block center island. Upgraded appliances include a Viking range stove and SubZero refrigerator. The spacious kitchen includes all the cooking utensils required to cook home-cooked meals or prepare snacks for the beach.
Gather at the eight-person hand-crafted wood table for a family-style dinner.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This stunning house includes two bedrooms that sleep four total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries.
Retreat to the spacious master suite with a deluxe king-size bed, fireplace, and flat screen TV. The spa-like en-suite master bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub, an antique vanity with two pedestal sinks, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
The charming second bedroom has a full-size bed and views overlooking the backyard.
OUTDOOR AREA
Step outside to the private backyard sanctuary with sprawling gardens, fruit trees, and plenty of seating to kick back and appreciate the Santa Barbara weather. Take a dip in the calming waters of the pool or hot tub while you enjoy the lush vegetation.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
The pool can be heated during the summer (June - September) for an additional fee -- must be done so prior to guest arrival. If children are too young and/or not able to survival swim, the pool and hot tub may be unavailable.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. All leases require a minimum 31-day term. Dogs are welcome but no cats are allowed due to allergies.
LOCATION
A prime location in the Montecito/Santa Barbara area -- enjoy abundant nearby attractions including the beach, nature trails, local eateries, and upscale shopping.
Lather on the sunscreen and drive a few miles towards the coast or venture to the famous Biltmore. Enjoy easy access to some of the best hiking trails in the state. Montecito Upper Village is also just a few miles away and is a must-stop.

Fabulous cottage
The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely delightful time at this quintessential California cottage. It could not be more charming. It was immaculate and in fabulous repair. All the rooms were very pleasant to sit in and very homey feeling. We will absolutely come here again if we come back to Santa Barbara. The backyard is extraordinary. The pictures barely do it justice.
