Out your front door, you will find a secluded and completely private natural pool where you may swim and relax anytime of the day.
Explore the close by sandy beaches, hike in the nearby pristine mountains, check out the interesting restaurants and shops in Santa Barbara, go wine-tasting in Santa Ynez, or even sail or kayak in the surf.

In the evening, when you decide to leave the crowds behind, you may return to your quiet retreat and soak yourself in the healing warmth of your very own outdoor private spa. Then, take a moment, survey the heavens, and when you see a shooting star, make a wish!
Overlooking the pool, rest and restore yourself privately in our authentic Indonesian tea house pavilion. Yoga, meditation, or just plain relaxation will be yours in our very tranquil and almost unbelievable tropical setting.
Note: The owners, Dino and Florida Ohanian, live on the 1-1/2 acre premises in a separate and completely detached house. That said, we very much want to respect your complete privacy if this is a concern...please let us know if this is of importance.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
6. CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee (based on total payment) or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes, for any reason, that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit full advance payment

Absolutely stunning!
My wife, son, and I had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful property. All the unique areas, from the hot tub, to the tea house, to the hammock, to the herb garden, not to mention the beautiful Cabana, made for a truly one of a kind getaway. Relax and unwind at this amazing property!
If you need to get away from the stress of everyday life this property is the perfect place. Jacuzzi and pool are surrounded by lush and fragrant gardens that make you feel as though you are on a private island. Quiet, peaceful wonderful get away. Best time ever in Santa Barbara! My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and could not have chosen a more beautiful place. Dino and Florida were the best hosts one could ask for, really classy people! They were so welcoming and helpful, we didn't need anything that wasn't already there. They have created a real masterpiece of a home. Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing their home is, you can get lost wandering about just taking in the beautiful scenery! From the pool to the garden, the teahouse, all the paved walkways that lead to wonderful exotic plants and flowers and trees, no detail was spared! And the cabana! Just WOW! It was a real pleasure to be Dino and Florida's guests and I thank them for having us! They really are awesome people and we look forward to staying here again. Our only complaint...... having to leave!!
