We are on the first block to the beach and only one block over from Main Street which keeps you far away from all of the action but close enough to get in the mix right away. All that Huntington Beach has the offer is just steps away. Our home is fully stocked and induces beach and bath towels and Linens, BBQ, 4 Boogie boards, 6 beach chairs a cooler, and a couple of beach toy sets in the cabinet in the garage. Pacific City Now open offering world-class shopping and dining but you don't even have to go that far one block over begins the walk only outdoor shopping mall. Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a roof top deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset, a back yard with BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching
AC no need with the ocean breeze.
I have been in HB my entire life and never had AC, you just don't need it, fans suffice. The heat waves usually occur in Sept. October.
