PROPERTY Description
Sleep to the sound of the waves. Stroll along the Strand to the pier. Bicycle along the shore or nearby bike trails. Enjoy the weekly sunset and farmers markets. Dine at any of the many new eateries Oceanside has to offer. Pacific Blue Apartments is just a few minutes walk south of the Oceanside Pier at 306 South Strand and is as close to the ocean as you can get. We are walking distance to shops and restaurants, micro breweries, the train station, movie theater, weekly farmer's and sunset markets and Oceanside harbor. We are convenient to the San Diego Zoo, Safari park, Old Town, Balboa Park, Disneyland.
Our newly renovated studio is the south half of the front building on the property. One of 8 different units we vacation rental at our 10 unit property, it is just steps to the water has a fully equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, microwave, all cooking and eating utensils. Set up for short term and long term stays. It has a queen bed and queen sleeper couch. The renovated bathroom has a step in shower. The unit is equipped with a whole house fan to cool things off in the summer.
Bring your friends and family. We have 8 other units we vacation rental at the property ranging in size from studios and one bedrooms that sleep two to four to a three bedroom that sleeps six.

Great view and well maintained
Great view and close to a lot of places to see eat and a lot of good bars serving good food and beer from a lot of micro breweries. Would highly recommend this unit to a couple looking for a relaxing mini vacation. would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tammy.Rosey H.
Simply Amazing Views
Spotty WiFi and TV were my girls only complaint. Not a complaint at all. I say it’s nice to get away and put electronics away. We walked to nearby restaurants and enjoyed playing games while hearing the sound of waves. The place is literally on the beach and early in the morning you can hear the waves and the rocks rolling back and forth. Hubby enjoyed running to Carlsbad while enjoying the scenery. We couldn’t ask for more.
