PROPERTY Description
Our 2250 sq. ft home PLUS rooftop deck with Jacuzzi gives you approximately 3000 sq feet to enjoy in the heart of down town Huntington Beach on a quite friendly street approximately 1/2 of a mile from the beach. Most rooms have a TV with cable, (Master bedroom TV is a smart TV so you can access your Netflix account etc.) living room has a 52 inch wide high definition wide screen TV with DVD and we offer high speed wireless internet access. Main Street is less than five short blocks away and takes about five minutes to walk to.
Electric Gem car rental available with free parking in designated areas including beach parking at the pier, the Gem (electric) car is fantastic for cruising to the beach, to go shopping or out to eat, seats 4 with a locking trunk and free with full price bookings during, fall, winter and sprint or for additional fee/week during the summer. Bikes free during fall winter and spring and available for rent with additional fee per bike per June-August. The garage is used for storage of bikes and owners car Sept -June, but there is plenty of parking on the street.

Master: 1 Queen bed and 1 Cal King bed (2 beds in the master bedroom with plenty of room to set up 2 queen size air mattresses if need) and crib.

2 living rooms each with couch not pull out couches but good for 3 people to sleep if needed with chase lounge.
Amenities include a fireplace, therapeutic Jacuzzi with of 45 jets, cable TV, a CD player, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, a washer, dryer, garage, gas grill (barbecue), boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided.
Bikes available for rent: may be purchased per bike per stay in the off season and June-August. Please inquire for current pricing.
