Great location. Just 150 steps to the beach area. Located in the hip district and walkable to everything! If you're looking for a vacation spot where you can just park your car and walk everywhere this is the place for you!
The unit is completely updated. It has a full kitchen. Also, have full laundry facility. It has a small outdoor area, but it's nice and usable.
The only thing it does not have is a parking spot, but the area has good street parking and there is a garage located right next door.
This is in the HIP district of town, with many shops eateries close by.
