This home is located in the coastal town of Carlsbad, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year-round. The home is located less than a block away from Downtown Carlsbad, where you can enjoy the boutiques, cafes, and all the other happenings, without ever having to get into a car. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants (ie: Miguel's Cocina) and cafes for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again. Travel 10 to 15 minutes and you can visit the Legoland Califonia amusement or water park with your children.

This Christmas we did not exchange gifts, instead we splurged and gave ourselves the wonderful gift of time together as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful beach property where we were able to surf, take long walks on the beach, enjoy a fabulous view and family gatherings around the dinner table and in the living room of this rental.John M.

Loved the town, beach and view above the beach. We had 12 family members and the living rooms were both small so we could only get together outside on the lower patio. Also plastic floor in shower (lower level) was slippery when wet & soapy presents risk of falling. Our 3rd stay in this unit, so we like it. Hotel across the street results in crowded beach in front of this rental. But we were comfortable and would consider future rental. We had a leaking sink, but had terrific response to fix the problem from rental agency.Angelike D.

What a wonderful space and location! The views and proximity to the beach were unbeatable. The place was really clean and we thoroughly enjoyed making meals and music together in the Unit B kitchen and living area! We had 4 families and the kids mostly stuck to the C unit; it was a perfect amount of space for that configuration. We will definitely be back!Keith M. W.

This property has a great location. The kitchen is well supplied. The bedding met our expectations and was clean. The hot tubs were also well maintained. There were adequate towels including those for the beach.There is a great access to the beach with a life guard just below us on the right. Our family of 13 were able to fit in comfortably. The two or three problems we encountered was responded to quickly and resolved. You are within close walking distance of restaurants and shops. We were able to go sailing at oceanside for a very reasonable price. The weather was in the 70's. We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion that I would have for management is that the windows and floors be cleaned more thoroughly. Our grandchildren's feet picked up dirt from the floor within the first hour of our stay. I know it is a challenge given the sand being brought in from the beach. The windows did not sparkle as I expected they would. I would stay in this property another time however.
