Centrally located in Orange County, this family-friendly rental has been designed with guest comfort in mind. There?s a sparkling pool and large outdoor area to make the most of the Californian sunshine, a garage with games for rainy days, and a large comfortable living area for the whole family.
The home sleeps 8 guests over 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an open concept dining and kitchen area. Parking available in the driveway. Limited street parking, please read parking signs to avoid fines.
Explore the many shops and restaurants nearby, head to the Angels Stadium, or take the family to the beach - everything?s possible from this great location!
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Inside, the large living area is instantly welcoming, with a wall mounted HDTV and lots of seating. The sleeper sofa is new and pulls out to a full sized bed. There?s a full kitchen as well with granite countertops and lots of cabinetry, and a dining room.
The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom, with a full bed in the second bedroom and one twin bed with a twin trundle in the third.
Outside is the real star though, with a huge sparkling pool and lots of space to lounge around in the sunshine. Take advantage of the BBQ grill and have dinner al fresco - there?s an outdoor dining set as well.
And there?s no need for the kids to be bored on a rainy day: the garage has a hoops game and foosball table that will keep them happily occupied for hours!
OUR LOCATION
You?re right on Disney?s doorstep, only an 8 minute drive (under 2 miles) to the center of Disneyland Park. There are also more cafes and restaurants in the area than you could possibly try in one vacation - head up to West Katella Avenue and take your pick.
And if you want to think beyond Disney for your entertainment needs, there?s plenty of other options within an easy walk, from high-energy nightclubs to themed activity parks.
Baseball fans should head to Angels Stadium, only 7 minutes drive away. The central location also puts you only 30 minutes from the beach and it?s an hour?s drive to both Los Angeles and San Diego.

We enjoyed the stay for our time at Disneland. It was very clean and updated inside. The front yard was beautiful and I liked the gate to close off the driveway. The kids loved the private pool more than Disneyland! We could see the fireworks from the Disney show every night...bonus! The pool area was a bit shabby and the pool light didn't work, but nothing that couldn't be resolved and fixed for future stays. The pool was clean and not overwhelming of chlorine. We would absolutey stay here again and just enjoy the private pool! Thank you!!!carly f.

We had an overall positive experience at our house we found listed on vrbo. The ad said it came stocked with a starter supply of amenities such as toilet paper, dish soap etc. It was more than we expected and were pleased to find some extras such as oil for cooking, salt, pepper, and sufficient towel stock. We utilized the washer and dryer daily and they worked well with all the suplies needed.The pools heating system was on standby when we arrived, meaning it was COLD, however even though there are no instructions for the pool heating, we found it easy to turn on and the pool was great for the rest of the trip. The pool is deep though (goes from 3.5'-8.5' depth with a big drop at the end of the shallow end) so kids that are weak swimmers will require attentive suprevision. The overall house feel kind of grew on us, as at first glance the place feels old with dated furniture (namely the dining room table and chairs) and peeling wall decals. We think with minimal spending the place could have better first impression appeal. The kitchen was very well stocked with almost anything you could need available for use. One night we did notice a leak in a pipe under the sink by the garbag disposal. We cleaned it up ans stopped using that portion of the sink. We contacted turnkey and they sent a maintenance person out at an agreed upon time to fix. Fruit trees were a plenty in the back yard and the lawn is taken care well and regularly. (Lawn company came twice in our 8 day stay)Overall I would recommend this place to a friend if you are aware that you are bit getting a five star place. With minimal effort the place has the potential though.Trish B.

PROS: This place is wonderful! Great to have a private pool. The kids loved the pool although it was cool. The home is close to Disney. The boys loved playing the games in the garage. It was clean and comfortable. The Turnkey team was great. Whenever I had a question they answered it right way. My daughter and I discussed that we liked knowing that you were there if we needed anything but didn't feel like you were spying on us. Thank for that! We would stay here again!!CONS: We found a pool heater towards the end of the stay but it ran out of propane after about 2 hours. I wish we would have known that it was there when we arrived. I would have happily paid for propane to have the pool warmer. The place could really use some updating. The dishwasher doesn't work well and so we washed by hand. There were no wash clothes or dish clothes provided. The decals are peeling off of the wall in the master bedroom. I talked to the turnkey person about the pool and they said that it was not listed as heated. So we used it cool but then found the pool heater.Shaun S.

Great location to everything and a good pool for relaxation after a busy day. Clean and tidy and the team were very responsive to questions and requests.
