A casual kitchen dining table seats four, and there?s room for another six in a separate dining space with stylish upholstered chairs.
There?s plenty of space in which to spread out between three living areas.
The tastefully furnished main living area has a black leather couch, two elegant sitting chairs, a rocking chair, and gas fireplace. Enjoy movie nights on a 75? flat screen TV.
A second living area features two plush white chairs, two couches, and a piano for serenading your group, while another sitting area offers a quiet reading space with a book-filled shelf, couch, and chair.
Take the stairs or hop in the elevator to reach the three bedrooms, located on the second floor.
The master bedroom has a California king bed, three chairs, a couch, and a 54" wall-mounted TV. Catch the sun on a private balcony overlooking the backyard. A luxurious en-suite bathroom boasts a tub, separate walk-in shower, and a 40? wall-mounted TV.
A second bedroom has a California king bed, walk-in closet, sitting chair, and 54" flat screen TV. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The third room has a California king bed, 40" wall-mounted TV and closet. A rocking chair and desk area offer extra sitting space, and an en-suite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
An additional guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The backyard offers a serene spot for lazy afternoons with a gas grill, putting green, and multiple tables and chairs. Spent a day at the beach? Rinse off in the outdoor shower. On cool evenings, gather around the glow of the wood-burning fire pit.
This property also comes with cable TV (except in the second bedroom), a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and driveway parking space for two cars.
Please note that the front Guest House is occupied by the homeowner at various times. They do not have access to any parts of the main home except the garage, which is a shared space.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the world
The property and location were unmatched. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. the hot tub and outdoor fireplace were used often by our group. Bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Downside - remove the camera's, ensure the guests have complete privacy and are aware of anyone else on the property. Ensure guests are aware of repair folks entering the home.
