The completely renovated home features brand-new furnishings and décor. It?s great for families, with plenty of room to spend time together, but still have space to spread out. High-end touches include marble & granite flooring, skylights, and quartz countertops.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
Enjoy good conversation in the front sitting room with a couch, love seat, and two chairs. For a more casual feel, the family room has a sectional couche and a 53? flat screen TV with cable.
Along with soaring ceilings and sliding glass door out to the backyard, the back living area has two plush chairs and a twin day bed with twin trundle underneath Two full baths, one with a walk-in shower with dual showerheads is adjacent, another with rain shower and tub combination.
The kitchen is outfitted with sleek European cabinets, ample counter space, a farm-style sink, and brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and gas stove.
Gather around the eight-person dining table, open to the kitchen and family room. The kitchen bar seats six more.
The backyard is quiet and peaceful, with a four-person patio table and two picnic tables for al fresco dining. Lounge under the covered patio with an outdoor couch and BBQ grill.
The home sleeps 14 in four bedrooms and a sitting room with trundle daybed. The master bedroom boasts relaxing neutral colors, a California king bed, and a 48? flat screen TV with cable. Pamper yourself in the en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a separate jetted tub, a corner shower with multiple showerheads, and double walk-in closets.
The second bedroom is bathed in natural light and has a queen bed and closet with mirrored doors. The third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, as well as a twin bed with trundle.
Guests staying in the fourth bedroom have two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 43? flat screen TV. All three guest bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination.
Amenities include a washer/dryer. Parking for three cars is available in the driveway, and two additional on the street.

Numerous restaurants dot the area as well. You?re also close to attractions like Disneyland and Seal Beach, both 8 miles away. Knott Berry Farm only 5 miles to the north

The home was easy to get to and was great access to the freeway and also to Huntington Beach for a quick sunset. Bunk beds were perfect for the 8 girls and enough bathrooms!!!
