LIVING AREA
The welcoming open living area offers ample plush seating with a large sectional sofa. Stretch out and watch your favorite shows on the 65? TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty creations in the well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, including a gas range and a large fridge with a water and ice dispenser. Helpful gadgets include a Keurig machine, a toaster, and a blender.
When you?re ready to eat, serve up home-cooked meals at the wooden dining table for four.
BEDROOMS & BATH
This home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. The full bathroom is stocked with a supply of plush towels and complimentary bath amenities.
The master bedroom features a stately king-size bed, a 32" TV, and a private balcony. In the guest bedroom, you?ll find a full-size bed and a second balcony.
A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS

Additional lot parking with ample space for trailers and Arnie's ATVs can be found across the street for $20 a day.
If renting an Arnie's ATV during your stay, this reservation includes a $50 gift certificate that can be picked up upon arrival at the office below the rental. The office will be open 7 days a week after Memorial Day- hours are 8AM-6PM.
Please note that while this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Oceano?s mild coastal weather. Ceiling fans in every room also ensure a comfortable stay.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
