PROPERTY Description
This beautiful 1 bedroom flat has a luxurious king-size bed and large closet, a fully stocked kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, a newly-tiled and remodeled bathroom, including a full tub and shower, a pedestal sink and loads of storage and shelf space. All linens and towels are provided.
The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, flat-screen 42-inch cable TV, DVD player and stereo. A washer/dryer is located inside the flat for your use as well!
French doors lead out to a lovely garden, fully equipped with a barbecue and patio dining set. After a full day of sightseeing, you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy a barbecue.
There is no parking for this unit. The street parking in the area is 2 hour permit parking only from 8-6 M-F. This is strictly enforced. There is a parking garage nearby on the corner of Fillmore and Lombard
The flat is located in San Francisco's trendy Marina District, just one block from Chestnut Street, with its numerous and diverse restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, wine bars, movies, gyms, and flower shops. Safeway and Marina Super, banks, and drugstores are all within walking distance. Also within walking distance is the Palace of Fine Arts, Exploratorium, Presidio, Marina Greens and Crissy Field, with gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Kapa'a, HICozy nest in a quiet neighborhood
Stayed for 8 days in May, 2017 This little gem in the heart of the Marina is beautifully prepared and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The garden really makes it special, with a lovely place to hang out on sunny afternoons. It is walking distance to the Marina. For myself, the only thing I would change is the mattress, which is too soft for my taste. Everything else was excellent, including the property managers.
