ABOUT THE HOUSE
As you roll up the drive to this ultra-modern, multi-level stunner, you?ll notice the garden overflowing with flowers and orange, lemon, and other trees.
There is a three-car garage, and a few more cars can park on the gated property.
Enjoy numerous decks and balconies with breathtaking views in all directions?wake up to a panorama that belongs on a canvas.
Four loungers line the hilltop infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking San Fernando valley?a classic Mulholland Drive view straight out of a David Lynch movie. After your dip, join your group for a barbecue; a dining table seats 10 on cushioned chairs.
The chef will be pleased with the built-in gas grill, convenient outdoor sink, and mini-fridge.
Inside, you?ll encounter an open dining room surrounded by windows with seating for 10.
Head to the living room to recline on the sectional couch or ottoman?made more enjoyable by an ornamental fireplace and designer billiards table. Light spills in through floor-to-ceiling windows and stone tile floors keep temperatures cool. Additionally, a long table has room for six and a wine fridge stands at the ready.
There?s also a gym room where you can get your workout in.
The adjacent kitchen has four colorful bar stools for friends to join the chef. Feasts can take shape in this high-end cook?s paradise, where extras like an eight-burner gas range, espresso machine, double ovens, and a SubZero fridge/freezer will please.
Find the media room on the upper level. It has large blue velvet sofas, a glass coffee table, 65? flat screen TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and windows on two sides.
The four guest rooms are all finished in similar fashion; one is on the main level and three are upstairs. They?ve each got king or queen white leather platform beds and silver-mirrored nightstands, plus an en suite bathroom with either a tub/shower combination or walk-in shower.
Step onto the balcony on the upper level to sun on one of the two loungers.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed and breathtaking views, and stretches the length of the hallway with every amenity imaginable, including a 65? flat screen TV, sitting area, private balcony, exercise room with a treadmill overlooking the backyard, large walk-in closet, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows.
The master bath holds a large soaking tub, a mounted TV for easy viewing, a tiled shower, and two separate vanities.
Amenities include phone, WiFi, big-screen cable TVs, and DVD player.
All leases require a minimum 31-night term.
THE LOCATION
If you find a reason to step out of this house, it?s a short drive to Beverly Hills business/shopping district (Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills Hotel), Hollywood, and Santa Monica.
The best restaurants and bars are very close by. Order legendary sushi at Sugarfish or Vietnamese cuisine at Crustacean. Stop in at Wally?s Beverly Hills for fine wine and cheese and don?t miss Sprinkles for ice cream and cupcakes.

Nice and simple
Stayed for 3 days in April, 2018 It was a good location and get spacemy dream vacay

Stayed for 4 days in June, 2018 Great house, very comfortable, plenty of room for all, pool and hot tub worked well, great kitchen, but lacking a few critical things like a complete coffee making system. Could have used more towels in bedrooms and kitchen, bath mats and beach towels. Would love to come back next year. A great choice.
