OUTDOOR AREAS
For a family cookout, head outside to the large deck (shared with the other top-floor unit) and fire up the charcoal grill. A large fenced yard offers a great place for the kids to play while you cook up your outdoor feast. (Please note that the yard is shared by three other units in the complex.)

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an on-site coin-operated washer/dryer. Reserved tandem-style, off-street parking is available for two cars (with one in the driveway and one under the carport). The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by one flight of stairs (no neighbors above you).
Although this rental is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild coastal weather of Grover Beach.
