Rancho Santiago is approx 9 miles to Disneyland Straight down Katella. Easy freeway access to and from beaches and major attractions. My house is centrally located; close to so much, but far enough away to enjoy your vacation without being crushed by Disney crowds. Wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, local merchants, banks, major retailers all within minutes.
Featuring 2 Master Bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs Master has sliding glass doors that lead to the private back yard.
Living room with flat screen TV, Chromecast and a Wii
Each bedroom has individual controlled A.C. units for comfort
No Carpets, all wood and tile floors (bedrooms & living room have area rugs). Non smoking and no pet home.
Great corner lot with 2 car garage and a circular driveway offers you easy in and outs
Large private back yard perfect for relaxing in, young travelers will enjoy the swing set/fort, Also included are darts and air hockey, over 30 board/family games and plenty of children's/ adult books. The BBQ and Hammock tend to keep Dad's at home.

Cable T.V. Netflix/youtube/amazon prime movies. With a Chromecast to stream any of your media direct to TV.
Bright kitchen has microwave, fridge, stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, blender, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots/ pans dishes, ironing board/iron etc.
We have a gas BBQ as well as a charcoal BBQ grill, just let us know in advance and we'll leave it out for you.
Home has a circular driveway for easy access and a two car garage attached with direct entrance.
