While the cottage itself sleeps 4, it can be rented along with the main house on the same grounds that sleeps 12, making it an ideal choice for reunions, weddings and groups.
The cottage?s location puts you in close proximity to the vineyards of Santa Barbara's Wine Country, the Danish town of Solvang, the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez for nightlife and concerts along with many dining options.
ABOUT THE COTTAGE
In the open-concept living area, find seating for five and a 42? flat screen TV. Big windows flood the space with natural light. The dining area has a glass-topped table for four, while the fully-stocked, recently updated kitchen has all the necessities to prepare meals for your crew.
The master suite has a king bed, spacious closets, and huge windows overlooking the scenic valley and mountains. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a deep soaking tub (with shower).
Opposite, the guest bedroom offers more great views, plus a queen-size bed and bookshelves lined with reading material for you to borrow and take to the outdoor seating area. The nearby guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Guest amenities include a laundry room, Wifi, and parking for up to four vehicles.

Stayed for 2 days in May, 2018 This cute little two bedroom cottage is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed our stay so much. We ran into a little snag but turn key was quick to resolve it. The drive up the hill is interesting, but once you?re there you have a mountaintop to yourself.A charming cottage with a view
Stayed for 2 days in May, 2018 This was a charming cottage in the Santa Ynez Valley, in fact near a winery within walking distance (I would say about half an hour if you take a stroll). The place was well-equipped, and the communication always prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.
