There is also a beautiful golf coarse, tennis courts, horseback riding and Country Club. Groveland is an historic 1800's gold town with some of the original buildings still standing. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2018 The condo is nice but needs to be cleaned cobwebs all over, porch dirty,after using the dryer(which is nice to have washer and dryer)I cleaned the lint trap and I don't thhink it was cleaned out in years--fire hazzard!! Over all nice place just needs some love.Beautiful Location, Condo Not So Much!
Stayed for 2 days in July, 2018 Honestly the entire booking process was slightly confusing. I did not receive a phone call from anyone to review my booking which would of been helpful to review all of the random charges and options. When we arrived, we did not have linen service (did not opt out), toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, or understand how to work the AC (and it was hot!). We found some swamp coolers to plug in but one bedroom had absolutely no air flow. Being an upstairs unit, it was HOT! The lock code to the dumpster did not work and we ended up having to take our garbage home. Garbage bags were not provided. The place was pretty dusty with layers of dust on the furniture, cobwebs in many areas and most of the windows were stuck in a weird position...couldn't open fully or close fully. Thank goodness we were there to spend our time outdoors and down by Lake. When I called to request linens and toilet paper, it was resolved but overall, I don't feel the stay was worth what we were charged.
