House Rules: No outside activities or noise after 9 pm on weeknights and between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am on weekends. Must be 25 to rent. No parties or events.
*The premises shall be used as a three (3) bedroom residence with no more than 7 people to occupy the house overnight during the rental period.
*Trash & recyclables to be stored in bin provided in garage. Trash pick up days are early Monday morning. Please place cans on street Sunday evening and return after they have been emptied.
*Parking to be in garage (1 car) or on street directly in front of house. Driveway must be kept clear at all times.
*No smoking allowed in the house or on the grounds.
*Pets Allowed with owner approval PRIOR to booking. Pet addendum must be signed and pet fee paid through VRBO upon booking.
