Peaceful and secluded high end home with large koi pond and lovely garden.

Our beautiful house is U shaped around a flagstone patio that looks out on a large koi pond and magnificently landscaped pathways winding through the property. The house has two bedrooms and two baths, a Viking gourmet kitchen with Travertine floors and marble countertops. You won't be disappointed! Attention to detail has been the compass during the 20 year remodeling and addition building process. The hot tub included looks out upon the Koi pond. It is 5 minutes to Albion center and 20 minutes to the town of Mendocino. The 2 bedrooms are large and airy. The Master bedroom, with it's comfortable Cal King bed, looks out over the koi pond The bathroom features 2 sink vanity with glass door shower.The 2nd bedroom is also very large with comfortable queen sized bed The guest bath has a large glass doored shower and bath tub. Both bathrooms feature beautiful natural stone counters and floors.

If you are trying to decide this property is right for you: If you are looking for a private, quiet get away where you can relax and rejuvenate, where you can plan to eat out in a nice restaurant or go to the beach but don't need to be walking distance to a town then our place is right for you. If you love beautiful gardens large, comfortable homes, privacy and quiet then you will love our home. If you have kids that enjoy nature and the out doors then you would enjoy our place too.

If you love traveling with your well-behaved, housebroken dog that you can let outside off leash into a 5 acre fenced yard then we think you will like staying with us too.

Children are welcome and dogs are considered on a case by case basis (Our pond does not have a fence surrounding it so young children must be monitored) Wifi is available but may be slow it and will not accommodate streaming or large downloads. It is mostly suitable for emails and surfing.

Cell phone service is intermittent. Verizon works best. ATT or US cellular will not work. There is a landline phone available for your use if needed.

Home is situated in a large meadow surrounded by redwood trees. Located 20 minutes from picturesque Mendocino village and 30 minutes historic Fort Bragg. Both have excellent restaurants and shopping in addition to beautiful beaches and places of historic interest. Live theater productions are available in Mendocino. A variety of churches and places for worship are also available. Enjoy local activities including grange breakfasts every Sunday and local pubs.
