A sweet desert oasis with amazing mountain views. Our home is a mix of the old and new. Our home was built in 1956 and renovated in 2006 so please excuse some nooks and crannies. We love and accept pets. Bring your family, friends, and pets.

There is a $40/day cost to heat the pool. Communicate your preference for heated pool with additonal cost vs. free pool use.

Guest access

Guests can access the property anytime using smart deadbolt. There is a separate empty pool room that is an open space for games.

Guest interaction

Although I will not meet you in person, you can always contact me via email or phone for any issues. I respond typically within 30 minutes. You will have the whole house to your self so enjoy.

Neighborhood overview

This is a community of vacationers and permanent residents in a classic Desert Hot Springs community. They pretty much stay to themselves. We are just 18 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, 40 minutes from Joshua Tree (hiking) and 35 minutes from Coachella. The community consists of all ages, with a strong presence of retirees enjoying life. Our home is 2 hours from Los Angeles or San Diego.

Getting around

You should drive your car since it is a desert setting and there is not much that is accessible via walking.

Other things to note

The smart dead bolt option allows easy access for check out and check in. Please use separate house shoes inside to minimize dust buildup.
