PROPERTY Description
Location, location, location, just what the doctor ordered. Everything in this home was purchase brand-new the Fall of 2015. We are on the first block to the beach and only one block over from Main Street which keeps you far away from all of the action but close enough to get in the mix right away. All that Huntington Beach has the offer is just steps away. Our home is fully stocked and induces beach and bath towels and Linens, BBQ, 4 Boogie boards, 6 beach chairs a cooler, and a couple of beach toy sets in the cabinet in the garage. Pacific City Now open offering world-class shopping and dining but you don’t even have to go that far one block over begins the walk only outdoor shopping mall. Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a roof top deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset, a back yard with BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching,
AC no need with the ocean breeze.
I have been in HB my entire life and never had AC, you just don’t need it, fans suffice.
The heat waves usually occur in Sept. October.

Bedroom 4: Kids room 4 single beds. One bunk bed (2 singles) and one single with one trundle bed underneath in the fourth bedroom

This home is a spacious blend of indoor private rooms as well as multiple decks
This home is a spacious blend of indoor private rooms as well as multiple decks and patios to enjoy the outdoors. A large family easily was accommodated in the living and dining room with plenty of space for children to run and play. We loved beingnext to both the beach and downtown. A brisk walk to the Paseo enlarged our upscale shopping and dining options . Highly recommended!Helen B.
This location and home were ideal
This location and home were ideal!! Having 4 kids it was a huge blessing to be walking distance from everything!! We brought our wagon to walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants you could want a block away!! We seriously arrived anddidn't get in our car for 3 days!!! The bedroom set up with a kids room was perfect!! My only hesitation on writing this review is it getting booked up!
