Charming Loft in the Heart of Downtown LA
I stayed for a midweek Downtown getaway and found this place to be absolutely charming and comfortable... Nice furnishings and decent views. Located close to several delicious restaurants and near LA Live and Staples Center. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Lovely Loft
My husband and I spent about ten days in this beautifully appointed apartment. We couldn't have been happier with the furnishings and floorplan. The building is well-maintained and the doormen were very helpful. The roof terrace is furnished with comfy chairs and sofas -- we spent an idyllic afternoon up there having tea and pastries that we'd got in a great little middle-Eastern store in the neighborhood. . Paula was great, met us when we arrived and showed us everything. Check-out was a breeze and our deposit was returned promptly. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

FANTASTIC Experience!
This place is fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and beautiful, and had all the amenities to make us feel at home, including a separate bed room with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a great living room with a most comfortable sofa bed, two tv's, a high speed internet and a convinient parking. Thank you to Paula for making sure that our stay was enjoyable and safe. We were quite impressed with the lively atmosphere of down town Los Angeles. In the mornings we walked around the corner to Tierra Mia, a cute little coffee shop with the most delicious coffee and pastries. For lunch and dinner we were able to stay within blocks for all our meals. Of course on the top of our list was Bottega Louie which is two blocks away, as well as the indulgence Sugar Fish, which serves some of the best sushi we have ever eaten. After work and after dinner we really enjoyed going out in downtown especially in the exciting LA live area. We also went with friends to the Seven Grand, a fun whiskey bar with great jazz music. With only three days to spend there, we felt well cared for and as we left we had a feeling that there was much more to discover in downtown LA. We will defenitly be back and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to everyone !.

Excellent value and centrally located
From a warm welcome during a period of difficult access due to 7th Avenue closure due to 15 miles dedicated to bycyles until 3:00 PM on the date of arriva, my stay was short but enjoyable. A 20 to 25 minute walk to the Staples and Convention centers with numerous restaurants accessable nearby. Unit is highly recommended and the security is excellent. JR

Romantic Getaway
Coming from Toronto, Canada, my wife and I, having never been to California before, needed a short getaway from our daily routine, and stumbled upon this nice apartment. Having arrived mid afternoon, and navigating the rush hour traffic, we were met and welcomed by Paula, who was a wealth of information, providing us options of where to go, what to do, and everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, and most importantly, it was quiet, and we had uninterrupted sleep at night on the comfortable beds! While we didn't spend much time at the apartment other then the evenings, access in and out was easy, the car park close, and security of the building was top notch. It was a pleasure to come home to a comfortable and warm place. In addition, we experienced a variety of restaurants and cafe's within the immediate area, and a short distance away a grocery that had all that we needed. We had an amazing time, and the accommodations perfect!

Great Loft in Downtown LA
I had one of the greatest vacations mainly due to this loft. It gives you the LA feel and lifestyle, I truly enjoyed it. On the eleventh floor with a great view to near by buildings and banks. Also, Paula was a great and down to earth host who provided most of the essentials in the loft like the coffee, utensils, and all laundry and personal hygeine care items. I would definitly recommend this loft if your visiting LA, I definitly will choose no other place when I come to LA again.

Lovely apartment in the heart of gritty Downtown L.A.
We enjoyed our 2 month stay in this apartment very much. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a huge bed, sleeper couch, dining table, washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen. The building is lovely (especially a couple of the doormen/women) and the roof is a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy the urban views. Paula Samuel, the incredible managing agent, is a wonderful human being. Not having a car (though there is a parking space included), we frequently walked to Chinatown, Little Tokyo, the Mexican Pueblo, Gehry/Disney Concert Hall, the historic public library, MOCA, Grand Central Market, Union Station, Staples Center, and took the Metro/bus to Long Beach, Hollywood, Koreatown, Museum of Natural History, USC, South Pasadena, LACMA, and Echo Lake. The apartment is in the heart of the jewelry district which has an astonishing number and variety of restaurants and music venues. The art deco architecture is faded but beautiful, and much is being renovated. Downtown can be noisy at times (film crews, revelers, traffic) and there is a significant homeless population. Not for the faint-hearted, but offset by the history, culture, and unique variety of neighborhoods that are all around you.

Fantastic
We rented this corner unit on the 11th floor of this gorgeous 1911 centrally located downtown LA building for my mother when she was visiting. The unit is lovely—nicely appointed, quiet, comfortable, airy. It is set up for visitors and the seven oversize windows let in plenty of natural light. My mother loved it. And Paula Samuel, the manager, is charming, conscientious, and a pleasure to deal with.

Best of the three condos I've stayed in downtown.
This was the best property, the best interior, the best location, and the best property manager of three VRBO condos that I've stayed in downtown for work. The interior smells nice, is comfortable, and has a TV in the bedroom as well as the main area. The location is the downtowniest part of downtown, with the most restaurants and nightspots and breakfast spots, I would recommend the Nickel Diner and Botega Louie. Paula is nice, flexible, fair, and responsive.

A GREAT SPACE IN A GREAT LOCATION
The apartment is thoughtfully appointed for a long stay. Clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended. There's AC and full sized washer and drier, comfortable bed and furnitures. The apartment manager and owner respond quickly to enquiries. Downtown Los Angeles is great. Lots of wonderful affordable restaurants and activities for whatever floats your boat. Definitely a return is in order.

Wonderful
I was here for six weeks, this is a very a comfortable condo with a bed that was hard to leave in the morning! Had everything I needed to do any cooking, and plenty of places in the neighborhood to pick up food. Very convenient location. Great place to be in downtown LA !

Great Apartment tough neighborhood
This is a great apartment and a good value for DTLA. The manager Paula is great. As a single woman I was not sure if the neighborhood was a place that I should be staying. After a few days I got used to the homeless and learned not to make eye contact with the street people. Anyone renting it should be aware of the skid row atmosphere. The location is great for walking to great restaurants, whole foods, and the Los Angeles Athletic club.
