The complex features pools, spas, tennis, and nearby 18 hole public golf course. The condo is located in South Palm Springs in Phase IV of Mesquite Country club. The complex is conveniently located minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, shops & Casino in an ideal setting for rest & relaxation in our desert paradise. NO PETS. Electric in excess of $100/month will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
Bookings cancelled prior to final rent payment due date will be fully refunded, less $100 reservation fee. (See Deposit requirements above). No refunds on cancellations after final rent payment is received.
Notes :
The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.
The owner prefers not to split months unless at least a 6 week booking either starting on first of month or ending on end of month. Full month bookings preferred. Until October timeframe, for the Jan - Mar months, owner prefers that bookings be at least 2 months, Jan & Feb or Feb & Mar. A Brief application will be provided for information needed for the rental agreement. No online booking and no credit cards accepted. Payment must be in the form of Cashier checks or Bank Drafts in US dollars. $500 is due at time of booking, $100 of which is a Reservation fee and $400 toward the Security deposit. Once final rent payment is made, the reservation fee is waived and added to the Security Deposit to equal $500. If booking cancelled prior to final rent payment, the Reservation fee is retained and $400 is returned.
