Amazing home in the heart of Paso Robles!
We had an amazing stay at Under the Oaks. The home and backyard were beautiful and very conveniently located just a few blocks away from the heart of downtown Paso Robles. The house was extremely clean and very cozy -- we truly felt at home. We enjoyed the backyard -- especially the jacuzzi stargazing at night! Ken and Patti were very easy to work with, great communicators and helped make sure we had a great stay in Paso Robles. The pictures online and description are all very accurate -- a beautiful country home with lots of charm. I would recommend Under the Oaks to everyone! I know we will certainly be back!

Great place for our anniversary :)
My wife and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and found it to be excellent! The location was great as was the property. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, using the hot tub and having coffee on the front porch at sunrise. Definitely recommend this property to others :)

Charming little bungalow
This small and sweet home was delightfully homey and cozy and we loved the location. It offered all the amenities...toiletries, filtered water, two robes and a full kitchen with all the utensils. The backyard was very large which we hung out in with our dogs during the very warm evenings. It is obvious that Ken and Patti take a lot of pride in their beautiful rental property and we very much enjoyed it!

We had a great stay at Under the Oaks and a lovely weekend in Paso. We brought our dog and she loved the yard. Walking to the town square takes less than 10 minutes. Great place!!

Great little house that has everything you need!
Everything worked (including the hot tub!), and the place was very comfortable. Easy walk to town, nice large fully fenced-in yard for the dogs.

A Great Paso Cottage
We had a wonderful stay in this cottage with our two pups - it was a convenient walk to the plaza, had close freeway access, and was in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed ; the owners were available for any questions we had. We would stay here again

Cute small cottage close to downtown
We had a wonderful time staying in this cottage. The house is a 1bdrm/1 bath and has everything you need. Loved there were bathroom amenities (shampoo/conditioner/soap/Qtips). The house is very relaxing, has TV, wifi, full kitchen amenities, and a bottle of wine to welcome you! The house is within walking distance of downtown and all the restaurants/shops. Also, very drive-able to other wineries and the Firestone Brewery. The backyard was cute and had a hot tub. There's also a small cottage in back for another couple; however, it was just the two of us. The add did indicate the backyard was escape proof; however, our dogs (both terriers) could easily crawl under the fence near the hottub. So we couldn't let them off leash as they are curious by nature and would try and escape. Also, the picket fence in front is adorable, but if you have small dogs they could easily fit through the slats and get onto the street. This really wasn't a problem, as we kept the dogs with us the whole time and just kept them on leash in the yard. Just something to be aware of if you book. We would definitely return; however, we would probably make different arrangements for our dogs. Lastly, Ken texted to check on us twice, which was very nice and something I have not experienced. So I really appreciated that. Definitely come stay here. Loved the decor as well, as it was furnished in the cowboy style but still very modern.

Great place for those with pets!
Very much enjoyed the stay at the Oaks. It is an historic old house that is comfortable and a great place to have pets with you. Walkable to downtown, yet easy to access freeway etc. for other exploration. I would stay here again.

Perfect, charming home close to downtown
We really enjoyed our stay at "Under the Oaks" cottage in Paso. The home was cozy and perfect for us. There is a guest house available as well for a second couple. We did not need it but it also looked cute. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Paso Zin which was a really sweet treat from the owners. The yard is huge and was great for our pup, Sammy. We could easily walk downtown to all of the amazing restaurants and wineries. The whole town is incredibly dog friendly too which was great, so our dog could join us while we wine tasted. We will definitely be back!
